IEPCA Membership Application

IEPCA membership is open to any paid, full time law enforcement officer that is employed by any government agency, who is a canine handler or a canine supervisor.  This includes members of the military police.

The Membership Application can be downloaded in either the Microsoft Word format, Adobe Reader PDF format, or as a web page.  Please print the file, provide the information needed for membership, and mail to:
