Example Weekly Training Log - Download

This form is only available for download in Microsoft Word format so it can be modified.  The form has fill-in and check boxes to document your weekly training.  The documented is protected for use as a fill-in template.  To modify the file, do the following:

  1. Open the file with Microsoft Word
    2.
  2. Select "Unprotect Document" (Tools > Unprotect Document)
  3. Make the necessary changes (agency name, handlers, canines, etc.)
  4. Set the document back to "Protect Document"
  5. Save the changes and close the file
    6.
  6. Right-click on the file and select "Read Only"
